Charles Wafula is an international development expert working at the intersection of data for evidence policy analysis ,,monitoring and evaluation, and legal compliance. He possesses 20 years of demonstrable experience, aggregated through working with both state and non-state actors at both domestic and Eastern African flank including engagements with organizations like the European Union and UN agencies (UNESCO, UN Women, UNICEF, and UNDP).
Lee Mwangi Ngugi is a Monitoring & Evaluation specialist with over 10 years of experience leading research, humanitarian, and development initiatives across Ethiopia, Somalia, and the arid regions of North Eastern Kenya. He has worked extensively with donors, governments, NGOs, and community stakeholders to deliver high-impact evaluations, assessments, and evidence-driven programs in complex and fragile environments. As a Senior Technical Lead at Research Hub Africa, he provides technical leadership in project implementation, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Lee is currently pursuing a PhD in Project Planning and Management, holds a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Elizabeth Wanyonyi is a Program Assistant specializing in data collection, coordination, and research support, with a strong focus on ensuring data quality and reliability in field operations. She is proficient in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, management, and reporting, and has extensive experience supporting digital data collection tools like KoboToolbox. With a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, Elizabeth plays a key role in strengthening evidence-based decision-making and effective program implementation across the organization.
Collins Ayoo is a results-driven project manager with 10+ years’ cross-sector experience delivering high-impact research, community development, and operations programs. He holds a Master’s in Leadership & Governance and BSc in Community Resource Management from Kenyatta University. A proven leader of field teams, trainer (ToT), and certified field interviewer (MSRA-Kenya). Collins is an expert in project coordination, data collection & quality assurance, research & analysis, report writing, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. Collins is currently serving as Programme Coordinator at Research Hub Africa Limited, managing end-to-end field operations and partner relations.
Stephen Kituu is a Program Assistant with a strong background in research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and data analysis. He has practical experience in field coordination, stakeholder engagement, data collection, data management, analysis, and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making and improve program performance. He is skilled in using analytical tools such as SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to generate insights, strengthen monitoring processes, and enhance program outcomes.
Anne Nafula is a Programme Assistant (Communications) who supports the programme’s communication and visibility work. She manages social media and website content, creates simple communication materials like stories, briefs, and reports, and documents programme activities. She helps turn technical information into clear and easy-to-understand content for different audiences. Anne also has good communication skills and basic graphic design skills that help her create simple and attractive visual content while ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and professional
Margaret Wacheke is a Program Assistant practicing in project support, research, advocacy, and community engagement. To support project implementation, she utilizes Microsoft Office to produce targeted project documentation, operational materials, and clear communications for project partners and participants. She also executes administrative tasks and drafts program reports. By expanding her skill set into data analytics, Margaret aims to strengthen project tracking and deliver actionable insights that elevate overall program performance.
